Shipping & Returns Shipping Shipping goes by weight and by zone that you live in. We use UPS Ground and USPS unless otherwise requested. If you have a preference please let us know. On our web site shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, before payment. We ship world wide. For international shipping we use US Priority Mail unless the packages are oversized and then we use Air Freight or UPS. Returns If you would like to return an item or if something is broken or not working you must call or email us first. Some items have to be returned to the manufacture others are replaced by us. Some electrical items and select products are not returnable ( i.e. heat tape, thermostats, etc..) We are always willing to work with you on a problem, just email or call and we will do what we can.
