Both bulbs came in perfect condition! Never had any issues ordering from here.
Great experience, fast shipping!
This was the first time purchasing a bulb and the packaging was amazing. I will definitely purchase all my bulbs again from you.
Our baby beardie loves his new light!
My rescue bearded dragon is thriving under her Arcadia T5H0 12%, she just discovered she could climb the walls. These are the best prices I've found for the bulbs and quick shipping. Employees are awesome and respond quickly to emails and questions
The bulb was exactly what we needed. It was very well packaged.
Bean farm packaged the t5 bulbs extremely well!
Fast shipping and very happy with my purchase. Will be buying from them again.
Very well packaged thank you!!
Always worried about shipping lights but they padded the snot out of the light bulbs I ordered and even though a certain shipping company(that shall not be named) tried like hell to smash them, they showed up perfect! 10/10
Great place for affordable reptile supplies!
Prompt shipping just like always and product is just as described and perfect for my bearded dragons needs
Delivered on time and works perfectly!
Fast Shipping and packaged well!
Bean Farm is awesome! Always gets here quickly and in great protective packaging.
Love the light. My beardie needed a new one. Cast, prompt shipping.
Was packaged super well and came in good time! Light works perfectly!
Arrived on time. The 1st shipment that I did receive was broken. No fault to Bean Farm, the box wasn't handled very well from UPS, you could tell from the hole that was in it. The return was quick and they responded very quickly. No issues in having them send me a new one.
Great packaging job
Got the UVB bulb in the mail. Safe & quick shipping, no damage! Works perfectly. Product is as described.
I got an email to write a review so I guess I will with the hopes that this gets someone’s attention since using the website’s chat feature multiple times never resulted in a reply or email and when I’ve tried to call, you always seem to be closed. I love these lights. Arcadia makes great uvb lights period. Bean Farm has the best pricing around for them, including shipping. I ordered two because I had two bearded dragons and both needed a new light. They arrived fast and well packaged. One works fine. The other one does not. Won’t turn on at all. We even tried switching fixtures even though we knew that was a long shot, but it made no difference. I did want to exchange it for another but with a month and no response, I unfortunately had to buy a replacement elsewhere because my dragon needed a new light. So the lights are usually great but I’m not having a great experience trying to fix this issue. Not sure if I ended up with a previous return or what but one of them just doesn’t work. Hopefully someone reaches out to help me resolve this soon.
Bought an Arcadia T5 12%, great product, and as always top notch service and delivery speed. Every time.
Arrived quickly with exceptional packaging. Definitely recommend

Works well and packaged very well for shipping. The price was right too! I actually bought another one after receiving my first one! I highly recommend ordering from Bean Farm!
