Refund policy

Refunds will be processed within five (5) days of Bean Farm receiving the returned item.

If you would like to return an item or if something is broken or not working you must call or email us first. Some items have to be returned to the manufacturer, others are replaced by us. Some electrical items and select products are not returnable ( i.e. heat tape, thermostats, etc.) We are always willing to work with you on a problem, simply email or call and we will do what we can. Bean Farm is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Returns Policy 

Defective product returns: Defective products may be returned within 14 days of purchase delivery. Bean Farm will cover return shipping. Please email or call us (contact information below) and we will provide the return label.

Non-defective items: Non-electrical items are returnable as long as they are unopened and in new, working condition. Non-electrical, non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of purchase delivery. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Bean Farm does not provide free return shipping for these items.

Heating and electrical items: Electrical items and heating-related products are not returnable ( i.e. heat tape, Ultratherms, thermostats, etc.) We are always willing to work with you on a problem, just email or call and we will do what we can.

Bean Farm Supply, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments unless item was purchased with (optional) Shipping Protection at checkout.
