Returns & Refund Policy
Some items have to be returned to the manufacturer, others are replaced by us. As well, some electrical items and select products are not returnable ( i.e. heat tape, bulbs, food, supplements etc.) Please see below for details and we are happy to help you and answer questions regarding your return via email.
Defective product returns: A product is defective if it does not work or abruptly stops working for no clear reason. Defective products may be returned within 14 days of purchase delivery. Bean Farm will cover return shipping. Please email us the details (and images when applicable) and we will provide the return label. Past the 14-day window, the item will likely be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Non-defective items: Non-electrical items are returnable as long as they are unopened and in new, working condition. Non-electrical, non-food related, non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of purchase delivery. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Bean Farm does not provide free return shipping for these items.
Non-Returnable items: Some items are not allowed for return due to being custom-cut, easily breakable during transit, or food-related. We are always willing to work with you on a problem, just email us and we will do what we can. Items we do not allow returns are: Heat tape, bulbs, food, supplements, and sale items. Any item that has been opened is not returnable (unless it is defective).
Damaged items (during shipping transit): If an item arrives damaged or broken, send us detailed, clear images of the product and the packaging it arrived in. Images must be sent to Bean Farm within 48 hours of the time the package was delivered to you. After reviewing the photos, we will provide options for next steps (i.e. refund, replacement, or other). We take great care to ship out items (especially bulbs) in protective wrapping and sturdy boxes, in an effort to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Refunds will be processed within five (5) days of Bean Farm receiving the returned item.
Bean Farm Supply, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once the package is delivered by the carrier.
