Shipping Information & Policy
Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout for your review before payment is collected. We ship world wide. Please Note: Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service. If you need something at a specific date it is recommended you choose one of UPS's guaranteed delivery times (3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day).
Domestic: Shipping goes by weight and by zone that you live in. We use UPS Ground and USPS unless otherwise requested. If you have a preference please let us know.
International (outside the U.S.): For international shipping we use US Priority Mail unless the packages are over-sized and then we use Air Freight or UPS.
Note on shipping light bulbs: Light bulbs are best shipped via UPS Ground. With UPS they are insured whereas the US Mail is not. With bulbs that are requested to ship via USPS (mail), if they are broken, they have no warranty and will not be replaced. Some bulbs, i.e. Fluorescent and Mercury Vapor bulbs have to ship UPS. If we determine that an order needs to ship UPS, we have the right to change the shipping and charge the order accordingly.
Note on shipping large/bulky items: Sometimes our website will not be able to determine if an item will have to ship separate or is over-sized. If it is, we will contact you and tell you what the shipping cost will be before we ship or submit the charge.
Note on Provent-a-Mite: This product can only ship in the continental US. It also has to ship UPS Ground.
Defective product returns: Defective products may be returned within 14 days of purchase delivery. Bean Farm will cover return shipping. Please email or call us (contact information below) and we will provide the return label.
Non-defective items: Non-electrical items are returnable as long as they are unopened and in new, working condition. Non-electrical, non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of purchase delivery. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Bean Farm does not provide free return shipping for these items.
Heating and electrical items: Electrical items and heating-related products are not returnable ( i.e. heat tape, Ultratherms, thermostats, etc.) We are always willing to work with you on a problem, just email or call and we will do what we can.
Bean Farm Supply, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
